repair of Jeep after it was crushed by a tree

We found Sterling through Angie's List, after the body shop chosen by our insurance company failed to produce a written estimate after two weeks of waiting. Sterling prepared an estimate promptly (it was less than the other body shop would have charged), kept in touch with us about status of parts orders, painting, etc. Went out of their way to get the car delivered to us within the time they promised, even though availability of parts turned out to be an unanticipated problem. And the car looked great when they were done.

Major repairs

This was the third time (2010 & 2011) I entrusted my BMW to Sterling for major repair. Each visit exceeded my expectations with respect to both the quality of work and exceptional customer service. Antonio and his staff were always available to respond to my calls and questions with patience and expertise. Updates were provided frequently, and I was very impressed with the time Antonio took to describe and educate on all work in progress. As a new resident in the area, customer service is as important as quality of the repair. Antonio goes above and beyond to coordinate service with insurance carriers, rental car agencies, and any other professionals integral in service. Sterling Autobody truly offers a top notch, comprehensive experience that I reccommend wholeheartedly!!
